May 2023 we unveil the first Phase of Nena’s Sanctuary: an event, retail and cultural venue in a unique natural setting created by Donnie and Crickette Tantoco in honour of parents Rico & Nena Tantoco.

Placed at the site’s highest point, with stunning lakeside views, “Lakehall” is a bronze-framed glass structure offering wraparound landscape vistas. The sleek architecture is offset with trellises drenched in climbing plants and curving, earthen-textured plaster walls.

Inside, tanguile wood creates a sophisticated warmth, together with accents of rich bronzes and pale neutrals. Bespoke sculptural chandeliers, laser-etched timber doors and dramatic 3D floral wall panels all pay tribute to local flora. The surrounding landscaping is designed to intensify the visitor’s experience of nature. Existing planting is preserved and strengthened, introducing seasonal flowering plants all connected by an organic sequence of pathways, steps & decks to the lake.
